In deze verklaring staat hoe QTS omgaat met persoonsgegevens. QTS is software voor recruitmentbureaus. Gegevens van kandidaten en klantcontacten die een bureau in QTS zet, zijn van dat bureau. Het bureau is daarvoor verantwoordelijk; QTS verwerkt ze alleen in opdracht. Voor die gegevens geldt de privacyverklaring van het bureau zelf.
1. Wie zijn wij?
QTS (Quality Talent System) wordt aangeboden door [statutaire naam, rechtsvorm], gevestigd aan [adres, postcode, plaats], ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer [KvK-nummer] ("QTS", "wij").

4. AI in QTS
QTS heeft AI-functies die werken met AI-credits: CV-parsing, matchscore, samenvatting, e-mailgeneratie, klantverrijking en een copilot. Daarbij geldt:
- AI doet voorstellen. Een recruiter beslist altijd zelf over selectie, afwijzing of plaatsing. QTS neemt geen besluiten die uitsluitend op geautomatiseerde verwerking zijn gebaseerd (art. 22 AVG).
- Gegevens gaan alleen naar de AI-leverancier voor die ene taak. Wij gebruiken klantdata niet om eigen of externe AI-modellen te trainen. Controleren: zero-retention / no-training-instellingen bij OpenAI, Anthropic en Affinda.
- Voorstellen uit een gesprekstranscript worden pas in het kandidaatprofiel gezet nadat een gebruiker ze heeft gecontroleerd.
- CV-screening en matching kunnen onder de EU AI-verordening als "hoog-risico" (bijlage III, werving en selectie) vallen. QTS documenteert deze functies en ondersteunt menselijke controle.
5. Met wie delen wij gegevens?
Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens. Wij schakelen dienstverleners (subverwerkers) in voor hosting, e-mail, betalingen en AI. Met hen hebben wij verwerkersafspraken. Het actuele overzicht staat op [qts.ai/subverwerkers] en in bijlage 2 van de Verwerkersovereenkomst. Daarnaast delen wij gegevens alleen als de wet dat verplicht.
Koppelingen die een bureau zelf aanzet (zoals Microsoft 365, Ringover, Webflow, Claude of LinkedIn-profielen) vallen onder de afspraken tussen het bureau en die partij.
6. Doorgifte buiten de EER
Een aantal leveranciers zit in de Verenigde Staten of Australië. Bij doorgifte gebruiken wij een adequaatheidsbesluit (zoals het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework, als de leverancier gecertificeerd is) of de modelcontractbepalingen (SCC's) van de Europese Commissie, met aanvullende maatregelen. Doel: database en hosting naar de EU verplaatsen (zie open punten).
7. Beveiliging
- Data van elk bureau is logisch gescheiden (multi-tenant met tenant-controle op elke API-route).
- Versleuteling tijdens transport (TLS) en opslag; wachtwoorden gehasht (bcrypt); API-sleutels van koppelingen versleuteld opgeslagen.
- Rolgebaseerde toegang (eigenaar, beheerder, recruiter) binnen elk bureau.

8. Jouw rechten
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar, en je kunt toestemming altijd intrekken. Stuur je verzoek naar [privacy@qts.ai]. Wij reageren binnen één maand. Bureaus kunnen in QTS zelf hun data exporteren en het verwijderen van hun omgeving aanvragen.
Ben je het niet eens met hoe wij omgaan met je gegevens? Dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. [Voor Spanje: AEPD; voor VAE: afhankelijk van vestiging (federaal / DIFC / ADGM)]
10. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen informeren wij klanten vooraf per e-mail of in de app. De datum bovenaan laat zien welke versie geldt.
This statement explains how QTS handles personal data. QTS is software for recruitment agencies. Data about candidates and client contacts that an agency puts into QTS belongs to that agency. The agency is responsible for it; QTS only processes it on the agency's behalf. For that data, the agency's own privacy statement applies.

4. AI in QTS
QTS has AI features that run on AI credits: CV parsing, match score, summary, email generation, client enrichment and a copilot. The following applies:
- AI makes suggestions. A recruiter always decides on selection, rejection or placement. QTS does not take decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR).
- Data is sent to the AI provider only for that one task. We do not use customer data to train our own or third-party AI models. Check: zero-retention / no-training settings at OpenAI, Anthropic and Affinda.
- Suggestions from a call transcript are only added to the candidate profile after a user has reviewed them.
- Under the EU AI Act, CV screening and matching may count as "high-risk" (Annex III, recruitment and selection). QTS documents these features and supports human oversight.
5. Who do we share data with?
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers (sub-processors) for hosting, email, payments and AI, and we have data processing agreements with them. The current list is at [qts.ai/subverwerkers] and in Annex 2 of the Data processing agreement. Beyond that, we only share data when the law requires it.
Integrations that an agency switches on itself (such as Microsoft 365, Ringover, Webflow, Claude or LinkedIn profiles) are covered by the arrangements between the agency and that party.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our providers are based in the United States or Australia. For transfers we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), with supplementary measures. Goal: move the database and hosting to the EU (see open points).
7. Security
- Each agency's data is logically separated (multi-tenant, with a tenant check on every API route).
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; passwords hashed (bcrypt); API keys for integrations stored encrypted.
- Role-based access (owner, admin, recruiter) within each agency.

8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to [privacy@qts.ai]. We respond within one month. Agencies can export their own data in QTS and request deletion of their workspace.
Do you disagree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). [For Spain: AEPD; for the UAE: depends on establishment (federal / DIFC / ADGM)]
10. Changes
We may update this statement. We inform customers in advance of important changes by email or in the app. The date at the top shows which version applies.
